Meta Tag ändern

Kann mir jemand sagen wo ich den Meta tag ändern kann?ich habe schon fast alle Dateien abgesucht finde aber nichts habe auch nicht viel Ahnung von PHP.Bin absoluter Anfänger im HP machen.Habe aber gelesen das der Meta tag wichtig ist für suchmaschienen,besonders der DESCRIPTION-Tag und da seteht bei mir nichts drin.Kann mir da jemand helfen und auch vieleicht sagen was ich dann da rein schreiben muß wäre sehr nett.
Momentan sieht mein meta so aus:

Hallo!

Du musst die Keywords in der meta.php anpassen bzw dort eben deine Suchbegriffe mit einem Komma getrennt eingeben, über die du in den Suchmaschinen gefunden werden möchtest:

Vielen Dank für die Hilfe habe die Datei meta.php zwar verzweifelt gesucht aber letzendlich gefunden.Ich wusste ja Dank deiner Hilfe wonach ich suchen mußte.
